The project was born from Rom’antica, which for more than 30 years has put the product at the centre of all its catering projects, describing it in 3 key words: Freshness, Seasonality, Transparency. Yeast, water and flour are the beginning of the whole process, which together with craftsmanship give birth to Rom’antica. Customer satisfaction that recognizes the classic Roman pizza by its crispness and highly digestible dough is our goal.
